I have been purchasing this chair the previous 2 years after completing office remodels and use them for customer seating. Very comfortable and stand the test of time. I have not had to replace a single one.

I love this chair, however it is really hard to put together. It defiantly is a two person job and the screws for the top piece could be longer. Also there is always some damage on the metal pieces. I have three of these chairs for my office and have just gotten used to the fact that they are not perfect. I am not sure if it is the packing or what is the problem. I have had to return two because the damage was too bad. Once it is together I like it. I like the leather. After all that I still like them.

looks like a very simple assembly, but far from it. the holes is the seat back were not aligned properly, making it very difficult to assemble.
Basic, simple, just a bit low in quality.

We purchased 2 for office, both had dents and paint chipping off arms. They sent replacements with paint in same condition.
